How Feldenkrais® Practitioners can work with that.

Our bodies are smart, and are built to learn. And, we have built-in biological protective systems, often referred to as fight/flight and freeze, that are designed to help us survive when faced with danger. When these protective systems are running in your ATM™ or FI™ participants (which may be more common than you expect), their capacity to learn new things is very limited, and their bodies are flooded with stress physiology rather than the physiology that supports learning and integration. This reduces their ability to benefit from their Feldenkrais experiences, eh.
In this webinar learn a wee bit about the difference between stress physiology and learning physiology, and learn about 5 things that can help you as a Feldenkrais practitioner and your participants become friends with what is going on in their biology, and work WITH their biology to open up their capacity to learn more. This webinar will present some key technical info, and will include some short experiences related to what we talk about.
